Community Living is a 501 (c) (3) private non-profit agency that provides supportive living services to persons with developmental disabilities and their families.
Making a Donation
Tax deductible contributions may be made at any of the agency locations. All monetary donations received go strictly towards enhancing the services for the individuals we provide services to. Donations may be made to a specific program or can be made to the agency in the memory of someone. For questions about monetary donations, please contact Randy Hauck, Executive Director, Corporate Office. For donations of goods and services please contact the branch office to get specific details on what things can be accepted.

COVID-19 EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND
Do to the unprecedented pandemic we all find ourselves in, we are asking for your help. We want to ensure that we are able to provide adequate personal care support for all of our clients statewide and to ensure our dedicated employees are able to do so safely. Client Activity Fund
This fund helps provide financial assistance to clients in our program that may need help in paying for entry fees, tickets, or meals at events that are important to them. This fund also helps pay for attendant and transportation costs.
Staff Recognition Fund
This fund helps to recognize our dedicated employees in the high quality work that they provide. Direct support Professionals are the key to ensure that individuals that we support are successful in their communities. This fund helps pay for employee recognition throughout the year.
Each branch of Community Living has its own Staff Recognition Fund, a fund created to help recognize the quality and dedicated support our Direct Support Staff do on a daily basis. This fund pays for the recognition and an occasional recognition lunch for our Direct Support Staff.

Hawkes-Smith Emergency Fund
This fund can be accessed by clients and employees when emergencies arise. This fund can be used to help offset medical or travel costs.
Association for Community Living
This fund helps individuals with developmental disabilities to reside in safe and affordable housing. This fund helps pay for maintenance and upkeep for current properties and develops for future need.
